Dale is a former Maintenance Manager and a fully qualified Facilities Asset Maintenance Manager, with extensive experience in the construction sector and in maintenance contracts for both social housing landlords and commercial clients.

As well as setting all company policy, processes and procedures, Dale is responsible for the company's business strategy and financial matters relevant to all contract works. Together with his co-director, Dale sets the strategic growth and sustainability parameters for the company.

Alex is an experienced Heating Manager and a fully qualified gas technician. As a former Maintenance Manager he gained extensive experience of social housing and commercial maintenance contracts over many years.

Accredited in Business Management and Gas Safety, Alex has a proven track record of high standard contract delivery. He is responsible for all day-to-day operational activities and quality control of the Gas Division, and is jointly responsible for setting policy and implementing strategic growth.

Jeanie manages and oversees all aspects of the company's operations and administration system, resource planning, and financial matters relevant to the business.

She has extensive experience in administration system design, IT project implementation, system management, project management and financial planning, and is responsible for the processing of all documentation and the financial resource planning for numerous contracts.
