The year Dalex Systems was established. It has continued to grow ever since.
Today we operate a range of building services, with a growing number of office staff and a qualified, highly experienced all-trade base, including multi-fuel heating engineers and builders.
Our approach, to be the complete "one stop shop" for all central heating services, has developed continuously. It is constantly reviewed with one aim: to surpass our clients' expectations.

We specialise in both the domestic and commercial heating market: landlords certificates, a highly recommended central heating service, repair and maintenance, boiler replacements and full central heating installations.

From a single home to national companies.
The customer base for our central heating and building services divisions ranges from private customers to property developers, and from local authorities to national companies such as British Gas, requesting an inspection, service, maintenance and repair or a new installation for their domestic and commercial properties.
We also hold contracts and partnerships with housing associations and local governments to service, repair and install gas and electrical systems in the homes they look after or provide as landlords.
